They were able to detect the problem that (no exaggeration) eight different "qualified' contractors could not.....Circuit board failure).... Replaced it ,,,, problem fixed. Cudos to Michael and assistant for a good job

Michael is clearly a Reanaissance kind of guy; knowledgeable in many areas, professional, efficient, and very personable. The work we needed done was expensive, but necessary, and I believe the price we paid was fair. He was a gentleman, explained everything he did, and our options before he started work. We will definitely have him back in the future!

My central air went out at the worst possible (heatwave) time and all technicians (including Michael) were overwhelmed with work. Still, he was able to swing by to take a look early the next morning, order the part and I was up and running almost immediately. Whew! I was entirely at his mercy (price-wise) as everyone was desperate for technicians and I would have paid double anyway just because he came so quickly while I was melting. But he is too nice a guy! His sense of fairness matches his professionalism and I found what he charged to be very reasonable under any circumstances, let alone desperate ones. He is the kind of super nice guy you like having in your home. The kind of guy I actually like to pay rather than some schmuck I found them online.
