We hired them to take out a tree between our houses. They were late coming. That's not a big deal . They finished the job But they damaged my house. I didn't notice right away. When I did I sent a picture to them requesting them to come and look at it. They never responded. So I made an insurance claim. The owner of this company started texting me immediately after he found out. Calling me a liar saying I did this to my house or it was my neighbor. He refuses to take responsibility to the point trying to deny the claim. Don't trust him to do a professional job.

I apologize that you feel that way. But based on our written agreement you and your neighbor handled all cleanup work, all you hired us to do was cut your tree down and the damages were clearly done when you were cutting up the wood on the ground, not from us cutting a tree down 50ft in the air. It?s sad that an American would blatantly lie just to get damages they caused, fixed for free. Because that?s what Matthew Spain was trying to do. He verified that the work was completed exactly how he wanted, he paid, and left a good review. Then damaged his own property two weeks later when he was finishing the cleanup and then tries to say that we

Very professional and knew what they were doing. Went above and beyond to my great satisfaction. I was nervous that one of the trees might fall on my house but thankfully there was no damage to any of my property. Integrity worked very safely for people and property. I can truthfully say that will hire again when I have a need and will recommend to anyone I know who needs there services

Integrity did a great job. They stopped by promptly and gave us a quote, were priced well, got the job done when I needed it (which was quickly), were very polite and hard working. They showed up when they said they would and did a great job. I would recommend and use again.

Called within the hour that I posted the job. Came out that day for a bid. Even dealing with a huge thunderstorm and 95 degree + heat they got the project done. Even called the zoo to donate leafy branches and then came back to clean up after the zoo took what they wanted. Quality service but even better . . . Quality people.
