The company came out same day looked at it and repaired it next morning! I had a roof leaking and they wasted no time fixing it and the price was great. They are not looking to get o se on you. When I need a roof I will be having them do it for me.

They responded promptly to my request for a roof inspection and provided a thorough explanation and written proposal, After interviewing 5 companies, I decided to go with Mello and was not disappointed. They did what everything they said they would, when they said they would, and their customer service was excellent. I will definitely call them again for other home services.

They did a great job, tear down and build out in 9 hours. I have found no evidence that they were ever here besides a great roof!

I called Sean Mello this morning and his team showed up at my door at NOON!! It was pouring down raining from Tropical Storm Isaias and I could hear the drip, drip, drip of water coming into my home. I thought this would take forever to stop the water and had bowls and planters ready to catch the water but Sean's team was on the job - figured out where the leak was and patched it ALL BEFORE I got the folks from the insurance company on the phone. I highly recommend this team.

The work consisted of a complete tear-off and replacement of a 22 year old leaking and damaged roof for a 53 year old house. Since the house included two chimneys, proper flashing of the chimneys was a primary concern which was well done. The cost was very reasonable in comparison to 5 other offers. The project manager was well informed and engaged and attentive to the work in progress. The entire job was completed in February in a single day and I am completely happy with the results.
