This company, and specifically Joseph, showed up on time, gave me a prompt quote, completed the work on time, he and his workers were all professional and courteous, and the quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to love this service because the price was right and Joe is a really nice guy. Unfortunately, the entire experience was comically, tragically bad. From arranging the pickup (3 reschedules) to the drop off, weeks after promised (and multiple reschedules) to a failed delivery attempt when I wasn't home bc, in fact, that wasn't the time I had scheduled, to the sight of 2 grown men (whose business is allegedly rug cleaning) attempting unsuccessfully to re-lay the rug in my bedroom. It was finally so torturous I asked them to leave and did it myself. The whole thing felt like a Saturday Night Live skit, which is to say, preposterously unprofessional. All this, not to mention the rug is barely cleaner than when I sent it out. I would have paid 3 times the price to have had the job done well. Oh, and Joe knew the whole thing was so terrible he offered to refund $50. Needless to say, one month later I have yet to see the 50 bucks!

Joe was excellent. My furniture is clean now, and I was even able to see how much dirt he was able to remove. He was prompt, coming in at the same range of time he suggested. If you live in the Bronx or Yonkers, I highly recommend them.

Joe absolutely exceeded my expectations. I have a leather sofa and recliner that has never been cleaned in 10 years. And because they are leather - both items needed to be cleaned entirely by hand. Joe spent three very manually intensive hours cleaning every inch of the front, back, and sides of every nook and cranny, every cushion - and the results are absolutely impressive. As a principal partner in his business Joe could have easily sent somebody else with less experience to do this very hands-on job. But I really appreciate the fact that he wanted it done right the first time - and is the kind of business owner very willing to roll up his sleeves and do the work himself. Without hesitation I highly recommend his work. He was on time, on budget, and it was a pleasure to converse with someone who really knows his business and is a clearly a very humble and honest guy as well.

I rarely write reviews, but I am very impressed with the job Joe did cleaning my upholstery and carpet. He really knows his business and he's a very nice, fair and honest man who's easy to work with. I highly recommend him!
