Getting in touch with Victor, the project manager, was fairly easy via text message. There were a couple times that some of the subs messed up and Victor stepped right in to help us out. Even after hours. I would highly recommend using Matrix.

From beginning to finished product, it was a great experience. Having the schedule accessible 24/7 was a bonus. There was no surprises. This also made communication easy. Loved having all documents available in one location. All workers were respectful and professional. If there were any issues, it was easy to communicate with them. They will work with any budget.
