Salesman came out gave us quote and said we were approved for financing. We gave $2500 deposit we waited for scheduling. We finally called they then said we were denied financing and that no deposit was taken I explained that it was withdrawn. Then they said it would be refunded 3-5 business days. We waited again now we were told they never put in for refund. Now we were told to wait 24hrs to receive funds. We asked for manager and were hung up on.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing! Brian and Daryl were so wonderful and came up with another solution to keep me in my budget range. They were very patient and answered any and all questions I had and made sure that i understood everything. The 2 guys that did the install were courtesy and kept me apprised to what was going on. They did a beautiful job and were very careful in making sure that everything was completely cleaned up! I will definitely use this company in the future if I ever need any other bathroom renovations done.

March 10 & 11, 2020 was an exciting day for our household. It was bathroom demo and installation day. Two weeks earlier our Maxtrix (Ballard the owner) Sales Rep Christopher P came over to take measurements and discuss our selections,costs and put the plan in motion. Christopher Parkhurst explained in laymans terms all of our questions we had for him. Our crew (Greg the lead) were so polite, respectful and knew what they were doing from taking out our 1969 tub, walls to the studs, window kit, new fixtures and the plumbing. The final day Sales Rep Christopher stopped by to see the progress and how pleased we were. The work crew cleaned up as they went along and took away the construction trash with them. Raymond and I plan to use this company (Maxtrix Bathroom Systems of Michigan) (owner Ballard) again in the future for new home windows.

Contractors did not clean up daily after their work was finished. Also, there was a mess in our side yard where they were throwing the demo materials away. Lots of dry wall that was left and not picked up in our grass. Lots of dust, wire remnants and other material that was not vacuumed after they were done with their work.
