    His rates are about half of another company that I got a quote from. He diagnosed the problem but I chose not to pay $450 for a part and decided to buy a new machine. He offered to pick up the machine, install it and remove the old one for me. I highly recommend Mike and would use him in the future when necessary. He fixes all appliances and offers suggestions for purchasing new ones as needed. He is honest and courteous . I highly recommend Marys Appliances.

    I rarely do this, as in 2nd time In 8 years! Mary s appliance use them! Honest, fair and perfect! I called some appliance repair on internet. Some Eastern European came to house, said my lg washer needed a mother board! 499.00 to fix. the on/off button was not working. The Russian said the part was two weeks away! So I decided to buy a new lg washer-I did $1200. I gave this two year old washer, exact one I just bought to one of my warehousemen. I said I d pay for repair. Mary appliance - heard my story- she sent her guy to my warehousemen house, it was an adjustment . $75.00 So, honest and integritous! Not a slime special like plumbers and usual folks who come to your house for 100 repair but clip you for 500 Use mary appliances!

    Our technician from Mary's Appliances worked with our home warranty company to replace our refrigerator compressor. Since the compressor was covered by LG, we had to contact them to send the part to the tech. The tech worked diligently with LG to obtain the authorization form to receive the part. As soon as they received the part, the tech was out the next day to replace it. He was quick, friendly, and our refrigerator and freezer are working like new again. Great company!

    Used this company to repair a clothes dryer that was not heating. Technician quickly diagnosed the problem and quoted a price for repair. He returned the next day with the replacement part and installed it without any problems. While the dryer was disassembled, he noticed resolved some other minor issues that eventually could have become major problems. I used this company last year to repair an icemaker and its still working as expected. Technician was also aware of Covid-19 protocols and was equipped appropriately.

    I was told when setting up the appointment that they carry parts for all major dishwashers. The tech arrived on time but didn't have parts, and told me it would be 2-3 days before he got them (apparently ordering from the Sears website as that's what he showed me when quoting a price). He gave me a price with tax for the parts, a price for labor, then tried to add tax again to the total (after already adding it once to the parts). When I called him on it he immediately backed off and we agreed on a price. That should have been my warning to pay the trip charge and be done with him. He then shows up three days later without calling to set an appointment or to let me know the parts had arrived. Neither my wife or I are home and my daughter, thinking she was being helpful, let him in. He then expected payment for the work while he was there. My daughter panic called me and my wife, and my wife ended up coming home but didn't arrive until after he was gone. We eventually worked this out and he was paid. Now the dishwasher doesnt clean as well as it did before the repairs to the top spray arm and top rack rail mounts. The rail mounts also aren't sliding as well as I would hope, definitely not like they did when it was new, but the repair was effective enough that we could use the rack again. Overall a bad experience - he didn't have the parts needed on the first trip as I was told they would, he didn't call for a second appointment when the parts arrived - he just showed up - and now the dishwasher isn't really washing dishes. I'll probably end up getting a new one rather than risking another experience like this.
