Great build

He built he large two level deck with a roof. Very professional, honest, fair, accurate, and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again. He finished within his estimated time of completion, he was 10's of thousands of dollars less than two big deck companies in the northwest, and quality did not suffer by saving that money. You save because he is a one man show, and he CAN really do it all on his own. It may take a week or so longer than these big companies with a crew but you save ten fold because of it.

Mr. Poliacek is very professional and knowledgeable. He is willing to take the time to find out exactly what you want. He completed our fence early and it looks great! We will definitely be contacting him for any future projects. I would highly recommend him and MARPO Construction and Remodeling.
