Maris Home Improvements just finished installing new windows and doors in my home and I am very happy that I choose them. The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Everyone was professional and courteous from day one. It started with the owner giving me a bid for my 12 windows and a 9 foot patio door. Which was about half the amount of my previous bid. He explained his products in a way that anyone could understand and showed that it was very good quality. He was honest enough to tell me his front door were very expensive and I should check out my local home improvement stores for a replacement. This I did but was not happy with any of their offerings. With a call to the owner and another to his installer asking about the quality of the home improvement doors (most were store brands, which I never held of), neither had anything good or bad about to say about doors. I decide you get what you pay for, so I call the owner and asked about his door. He came to the house to explain about the doors he carried. Again he told me that they are expensive but it would probably be the last door I would buy. When an appointments were made each person arrived on time or gave me a call with a new ETA. The office staff are very friendly and always willing to assist you in what every way they can. After agreeing on an installation date I was asked if I would like a reminder call. At the time of the call I ask for an arrival time for the installer. I was given a one hour window and told the job would take 3 days. The installer was on time and had a question for me, “Where would I like him to start.” It was cold that morning but 12 windows came out and back in one or two at a time. The area around each window when completed was clean and maybe even cleaner then he arrived. The install was kind enough to take down my shades and carefully set them aside. When all 12 windows were completed, I was asked not to install any curtain for 24 hours to let the caulk around the windows dry as well as insuring that no caulk would get on my curtains. The next day the 9 foot patio door and front door was installed in additional all my shades were installed and I could start hanging my curtains. Again the area around the doors were cleaned. Keys were handed over and the works if the slider was explained. The third and last day was doing work on the outside and finishing any small details still left. As well as showing me the works of the windows. Each day the installer was on time and ready to work. If he ran into traffic and some other problem I was call with a new arrival time. He answered all my questions in a polite and professional manner. Would I recommend Maris Home Improvements? YES. As a matter of fact I would recommend them to my family.

They are professional and do the work as promised. They were there when expected and took great care to build the desk just as asked. They cleaned up after the work was completed just like they were never there! I would definitely recommend this company.
