I met with the owner the same day I submitted my request on Home Advisor. I already had two other bids and knew what I wanted. I was happy with their proposal, as everything was spelled out and the time was taken to answer any question. I had about 287 sq ft of fencing needed. I was very satisfied as they removed my old wood fence and replaced with vinyl. It took them 2 days from start to finish.

We are so happy with our fence! We called and set up an estimate meeting. Ben came out and was a great to work with. There was no hard sales pitch or pressure... Just "this is what we are looking at... Give me a call if you're interested after you have time to think about it." The estimate was not the lowest estimate but was also not the highest... But for the quality and easiness of the whole process, that higher price tag was well worth it. They handled all of the permits and HOA approval, contacted Dig-Rite to come out, etc. We just answered a few questions, and wrote a check... they did everything else. The fence is beautiful, they were quick and efficient, and we have zero complaints about the whole thing. Ben, Monica, Paul, and the fence installation team were all extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

After some delays getting the permit through city hall they did a great job tearing off my old wooden deck, building a composite deck with under decking and screened in room under the deck. All the workers were professional skilled American laborers. They explained all the steps and communicated whenever there was an issue or delay.

I love my new windows, Maris is a wonderful company to deal with and the installers could not have done a better job. They were pleasant and did not mind questions. When they ,Schwartz and Company ,were finished they left nothing us with nothing to pick up. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks. Very pleasant experience.

We could not be happier with our new deck. And the company went above and beyond regarding our variance issues. I would highly recommend them.
