They had to come back three times to straighten a railing post.

Really, my only suggestion to them would be to cut the metal railings on a disposable tarp, and haul them away. Doing the metal cutting on the deck was not in the best judgement, nor is blowing the shavings into the yard. My pet could have easily have some shaving embedded in its paws. That would have been a problem. Joe

I replaced all of the original windows in my 1930's home. I was nervous about how the new windows would change the character of the home, but Karen assisted me in choosing a style that would maintain the character including picking cherry trim for the interior of the windows to match the existing wood on the floors and trim. The communication from start to finish has been excellent.

They were a fantastic company to work with. Ben came out to show us their product and we told him what we were looking for in a new fence. We originally went with a four foot privacy fence with two feet lattice in sandstone but found out lattice only comes in white. So Ben came out again and we decided to go with two feet black aluminum rails. We set a date for them to start the project, the crew came out and started removing the old fence and putting in the new. Paul's crew was great and after a day and a half our fence was in. It is absolutely beautiful and all the neighbors and us too love the look. If you want a great company to work with pick Maris!!

My decision to invest in a privacy fence was kinda intimidating. Moreover, I knew very little about everything involved until I began researching the various types of fences a year ago. From my initial conversation to the installation was made much easier by the clear explanations and communication of each individual I came into contact with. Kudos to Paul and Monica. I cannot extol enough accolades about the installation crew. They were top notch. On time, clean, polite. I am very disappointed with my interaction with the owner. My assumption was we paid for the siding , soffit, j-channel. etc., but my assumption was incorrect. We were expected to return all unused material so he could sell it again. I received multiple phone calls, I started to screen them. I felt like we were taking food from his childrens mouth. So disappointed.
