He was responsive, even answered his phone at midnight. He came out the next morning. The follow up was exceptional and he did exactly what he said. I can't say enough about his professionalism, follow up, and he took care of the problem the first way through.

Found a large wasp colony over front door, got up on a ladder treated area ,wasps came out dying, inside of house sealed up three holes along baseboard where wasps were getting into bedrooms, treated in side of wall where nest was to eradicate nest. If the wasps were still active I would return and retreat at no other fee guaranteed my work till spring of 2015 and will return in the spring for a free inspection. Client stated that my service fee was the lowest from other companies.

Steve came to our home on a Sunday to take care of our problem. We really appreciated him making time for us when most weren't available until Monday. He was very informative and thoroughly explained our problem and the treatment he provided. Very informative. He was also patient with our pug Rocky preventing us from having to lock him up in a room. Would not hesitate to call him again & would highly recommend him to anyone.
