Steve is thorough and comprehensive in his approach to doing the task. He answered my questions and offered choices in what course of action to pursue. His pleasant and easy-going personality was especially welcome when dealing with an issue which turned out to be worse than I could have imagined (wasp nest in rear of house, adjacent to ground level storage area).

I really appreciated the care Steve took to protect my plants while getting rid of the yellow jackets. It's been very nice to have use of my balcony again.

Very knowledgeable in his work. Answered my questions and then some. Steve identified the goal/ and steps to be taken to resolve the issue. In the process, things that Steve identified would occur (with ants) in my home were realized. Much to my surprise we actually witnessed what he stated! As well, the bees around my home were numerous.. He targeted specific areas for which we again saw results. Bees were falling from the shingles. I was, needless to say, amazed at how quickly the results were experienced, but also relieved that now we can go outside and not be as concerned with bees as before. Thank you so much Steve. You are the best!

Before meeting Steve, my peace of mind had been completely compromised in knowing nothing about the bed bugs he was being called to exterminate. I initially called about the problem at night and sure enough he was there the next day to diagnose and plan to fix the problem. In case nobody here is familiar with bed bugs, they are by far the worst creatures I've ever had to deal with. They're silent and stealth bugs that look like ticks with an unfair advantage of being able to latch onto anything they come into contact with and suck your blood while numbing your skin. We have used All Pro Pest Control now for 2 seasons to control ticks and mosquitoes in our yard. This season, none of us have gotten a single tick on us! They are also working on our ant problem now and have removed wasps nests. Steve is always very responsive and pleasant to speak with. Steve offered to show up the day after we originally talked. He did a thorough walk through of my home and it didn't take long for him to figure out why I was having issues. He sprayed the problem areas for carpenter ants and spiders and gave me a very competitive guarantee on his work.
