Highly satisfied with Manasota Builders installation of a large and oddly-shaped driveway at my home. Owner Juan was knowledgeable and personable. He helped me refine and improve my plan with professional advice involving types of concrete, installation processes, design, and grading. He personally supervised the project from beginning to end and kept me informed. The job was completed within one week of contracting, but would have been done sooner had I not picked the rainiest week of the Florida spring to put out my bids. Manasota Builders was very reasonably priced relative to two other bids. Unlike larger companies, they keep overhead low and pass it on to the consumer. They skip all the fancy equipment and do a high quality job with the expert hard work of their very capable crew. And still the job was completed over just two days.

Read further if interested in the magnitude of the rated project and the variety of skills it required. The project required the correction of severe rainwater intrusion through a 2nd floor balcony into a commercially occupied area below. The balcony size is approximately 450 sq feet and includes a massive concrete balustrade which required disassembling and subsequent reinstallation. The balcony floor was stripped of its finished surface and under lying waterproof layer. The exposed concrete surface was then vacuum ground. The crew then applied a new concrete layer with a pitch of 1 ½ inches to zero to assure drainage followed by a new waterproof layer and finally a durable surface. A crew of 3 worked diligently over a period of 7 days. They supplied their own trailer dumpster and took care to keep a clean work area. Supervision was always onsite. They were civil and pleasant to deal with. Iâ m sure they also deal with much smaller projects, but this should give an idea of the wide scope of their skills. Earl W.

He came to do stucco work on my million dollar house. He raised price three times. He got paint on everything window screens and everything. I have to replace everything and repaint it this costs me almost 9,000.oo to redo. I have another professionals who witnessed it He was drinking on the job we picked up several beer cans and also ripped the pool liner he tried to put in it cost us 125.00. Just trying to notify others I already know I'm not going to be compensated,
