The only reason I rated Value for Money as 4.5 is, the project turned out to be much worse than initially anticipated, thus the total charge was more than we were planning on spending. As for value, I'm sure Mr. Sparky's rates are equitable if not better than their competitors. As for Quality and Customer Service, Sales Rep Ryan ROCKED, and Technician Art was a TRUE PROFESSIONAL...he was ACES in my book! Thank you Ryan, and special thanks to you Art!!!

I was satisfied with the work done by Mr Sparky. Jason, the electrician, & his helper, Julio, stayed til the job was done which was almost 7 p.m.. Very personable, informative guys, tool.

Had issues with outlets going out which turned out to be a GFI switch. Wasn't aware of a GFI in the garage, felt like an idiot. Company charged us $79 to hit the switch. Pretty Disappointing. We're having other electrical work done in the spring. These guys WILL NOT be doing the work!!!!

Our house is almost 100 years old and eletrical problems started with circuit breakers blowing and being unable to be reset. Mister Sparky responded to our request within minutes and was at the house within 2 hours. Very efficient and courteous.We will use them again for the upgrades that are needed.

This company is pricy, but the technician (Jason) who came out was one of the most skilled eletctricians I've met. We discussed several issues about the home's electric. He uncovered a rather serious issue with the power company's wiring to the house which he diagnosed at the electric panel. Great work ethic, personable, and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the extra few $
