Carlos Chavarria was the Electrical Technician, he is experienced and knowledgeable. His customer service skills are strong and I felt comfortable talking with him. He had no problems with me asking him questions which he answered. As a woman, it is important that I fill comfortable talking with and knowing that I could fill safe with the person that I chose to do the electrical work in my home. Thank you, Carlos, for your expertise.

I was extremely satisfied with their response time and attention to detail when at my home. The electrician, Carlos, was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. By the time he left, he had solved our problem, and even taught me a lot about how things work in my home. I couldn't be more satisfied. Great job Mister Sparky, and great job Carlos!
