Before booking, the woman on the phone said it would cost $49.95. I was shocked at how low that was. I asked, "by the hour?" and she said, " we charge by the job." What a bargain, I thought, so I booked it. When the tech showed up, he informed me it was $49.95 trip charge and the service would be $149.95. Then, he hung the lamp too high. I instructed 3 inches lower and he went 3 inches higher. He attempted to correct, but I still don't think it's 3 inches lower. He couldn't locate the stud nuts but he said the "tape would hold." I am so disappointed at the results and the cost. I would have solicited other quotes.

Mister Sparky sent out a professional electrician who was knowledgeable and willing to listen to what I wanted and offered recommendations on points I wanted to hear about. Michael was the electrician and you can bet I will be asking for him on ant future work. Michael earned those five's!
