Can't rate "value for money" as all of the roofers called had an avg. minimum charge of $250 no matter what. Mike was the most honest about not going to great expense on a roof that was going to be replaced in a few years anyway, so he got the job. We did the bare minimum now and will go all-out later. Mike was timely and efficient.

Good work at reasonable price

Stop your search for the pros when you get to MD Builders. They are absolutely the best. We were contacted by Mark just after we put in the request. We needed a deck replaced on our rental house. Mark went to the property, took measurements and called us with a price that was in the range of what we wanted to pay and less than the competitors while using premium materials. Within a week of signing the contract, our new deck was completed. Other than the new decking boards, you would never know he had been there - cleanup was great. MD will be added to our list of trusted contractors.

MD Builders were the only contractors to call me back. They were courteous, and their work was very prompt and reasonably priced. They guys repaired some damaged vinal siding pieces to my house and replaced some damaged roofing tiles from a recent huricane. They matched the color perfectly; you can't even tell there was damage before to the siding. They also did a couple of extra things pro bono: reconnected my outdoor light fixture and gutter downspout as well as reshapped my dented gutter. Much appreciated!

mark came just two days after my first call and this was the week after the hurricane hit, so I know they were busy as heck. Saturday morning mark showed up right on time and even called a few minutes before to let me know he was on his way. After looking at everything, he went to work and did a nice job.
