Called me back promptly, came by to assess the damage a day after I called (this was not an emergency). They were on time both for the assessment and the work. He picked up every time I called, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Price seemed reasonsable. I will use them again.

At $325 for a basic inspection, minor patching, and single shingle repair, the price was on the high side; but it was worth paying for the peace of mind.
