My deck was falling apart with rotted boards and warping wood. M D completely replaced all visible wood with premium board and the deck now looks great. In the process some foundation damage to the corner of my house was discovered and M D gave me a great price to repair the damage. I highly recommend. I have already received a number of compliments on our "new" deck.

M D Builders came through for me when no one else would. I was in the process of selling my home and they gladly took on minor roof repairs I needed to complete. They were very responsive, accommodating, courteous, professional, and reasonable. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

The reason for the "value for money" rating was due to being charged a minimum of over a hundred dollars (really can't remember the exact amount in 2013) for tacking a couple of nails into a piece of siding, but I was happy that the job was done.

They fixed the leak in my roof and I was so impressed that I asked them to replace my attic fan (which involves roofing as well). They did very professional work. I thought the costs were VERY reasonable.
