We used MCS last year to replace our leaking roof. We didn't know how bad it was until Marlon's team got into it. The original roof was done incorrectly and had been leaking for some time but we didn't know it until it dripped down to the floor. The quote was reasonable, the products were great and so was the service. A little over a year later and we notice mold growing in the attic. So we called Marlon and he and another person came out, investigated the issue and determined our roof needed more ventilation than others. They sprayed the interior with mold killer and installed a power vent that we bought for free. Marlon stands squarely behind his work. When it came time to have our gutters and roof cleaned we called him again and he sent someone out who cleaned the roof, put down moss killer and cleaned the gutters for basically the same price we had been charged by someone who knew nothing about roofs. The previous company never told us about damaged shingles in the 3 times we used them. We're so glad we chose MCS Roofing and Contracting.

Had a good experience with Marlon. It was a 20 square hip roof that had a leak. Marlon ended up replacing some of the sheathing with new cdx plywood and redid the venting with the newer style peak / smart vent system. The job started on time and ended on time. We had a small bit of rain mid job but no issues since the guys got underlayment up in time. Clean up was also good afterwards. I would use them again. Just had them do a second job - a small repair of a hole in a metal roof caused by a big branch that fell. Marlon came out quickly and took care of it. Highly recommended.
