When I needed a major plumbing job I went to Green Planet Plumbing. I found their very impressive ad on the internet, and called for an estimate. Tyler Brown the owner came out and went over the job explaining what they would need to do, the time it would take, and the total cost. I was very impressed with the professional and friendly meeting with Tyler and decided to schedule the job. The day we set up Justin and Mike showed up introduced themselves and went to work. The first day they dug the trench to install a new waterline from the street to the house. The trench was about 40 feet long of very hard digging in rocky ground, and they to my amazement completed it that day. They laid the new pipe the next day, called for the city inspector to come out, and finished the job the next day. My wife and I were very impressed with Justin and Mike and enjoyed talking and spending time with them. I would not hesitate to call Green Planet for my next plumbing job, and will recommend them whenever I can. John Held

Tyler and his crew at Green Planet Plumbing did a complex water line replacement project for me earlier in 2014, that required digging a 300' long, 2-3' deep trench through a wooded area, and a lawn. They did a great job working around tree roots and large rocks, as well as removing the sod prior to trenching, then carefully replacing it once done. They did a good job under some difficult (wet/cold) conditions and I'm glad I hired them for the job.

Overall they did a good job. Upon completion they left things a little messy, but overall I was pleased with their service.

The plumber knew I had an emergency and took advantage of that fact to charge a rate that was far in excess of that which would be normally offered for, in their words, was a 'simple fix'. The work was done adequately so no complaints there and ultimately it was my error in not doing a better job of getting a precise quote up front. However, I have various rental properties and look for trades that recognize the value of an ongoing relationship rather than one off's like this. I will not use this company again
