Lou was excellent! He patiently explained what was happening with our AC System and suggested the best path to get our AC up and running. He showed up first thing knowing that we were in for another 95 degree day. Very reasonable rate! I am glad to say we have found the right HVAC contractor for our home!

IF I COULD WOULD GIVE AT LEAST 10 STARS. I HAVE A BREEZAIR SYSTEM THAT IS STARTING TO SHOW ITS AGE. I HAD READ REVIEWS FROM OTHERS ABOUT NIGHTMARES WITH THE ELECTRONICS GOING OUT ON THEM. I WAS PREPARED TO FACE AN ENORMOUS BILL BASED ON WHAT I SEEN. LOU AND HIS PARTNER CAME OUT, DID A THOROUGH CLEANING OF THE UNIT AND HAD IT UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. I ASKED WHAT THE ISSUE WAS WITH THE UNIT AND WAS INFORMED IT WAS JUST A LOOSE CONNECTION. WHAT A REFRESHING RELIEF TO FIND SOMEONE SO HONEST. STUCK TO THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE. VERY FRIENDLY ALSO. I CAN IMAGINE IF I HAD CALLED ONE OF THE LARGER "SERVICE PROVIDER" COMPANIES, I WOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED I NEED A NEW UNIT. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR HVAC NEEDS. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HONESTY.

We needed evaporative cooler repaired. After being ignored by several companies, Angie's List referred us to Lou. Contacted us right away, set up an appointment, was timely and was outstanding at communication both digitally and in-person. Our problem was diagnosed, repaired and for a reasonable price. We will certainly use Lou in the future.
