I discovered that I had roof damage, apparently from critter destruction, and needed shingles replaced. These folks quoted me a fair price, added repair for an issue found by another inspection and did it faster than initially anticipated. And they got it done ahead over some heavy rains. Great job by all involved.

Great experience. All promises made during estimate evaluation were kept and completed. The work crew arrived as planned and cleaned up very well afterwards. Lorraine and Josh were very helpful with handling the insurance requirements and went beyond the original contract in helping to get some extra work done that I added on. They professional handled all my additional request .

I had the pleasure of working with Lolo!! I should have gone with them over Belk Builders - I wish I had known!! When the owner of Belk Builders trashed my yard and ruined many things during a big job and then refused to correct it - despite the quotes and prior discussions - Lolo Had it fixed within a WEEK – and at a much more reasonable cost than Belk. Lolo, they are are wonderful to work with --- it looks amazing, and the team was great. They left no trace of materials, it was honestly magic. Top quality for sure. The lesson here is the BIG name company is not always the best --- 10 out of 10 give them a call, you WONT be disappointed.

The workers were very effective and worked hard the entire time. The office was responsive when I contacted them. The problem was they never contacted me. Two Hispanic showed up unexpectedly and could only say roof. They could not t tell me what company they were with. I called Lolo to verify the workers were theirs. I wanted pics of the work done, but they left without telling me. Other than communications Lorrain at Lolo was very good at responding to me and the workers did well. I would recommend Lolo, but ask for better customer support.
