Lifetime Plumbing is amazing! They came out for our annual tankless water heater flush, and we mentioned a weird noise we’d been hearing. They didn’t hesitate, they came back right away to check it out. Turns out, there was a dead lizard in the fan motor (who knew that could happen?!). They removed it, fixed everything, and now the noise is gone. Super responsive, professional, and honestly just great people to work with. They’re officially our go-to plumber! Highly recommend them to anyone who wants reliable service and peace of mind. We don’t have a photo of the dead lizard but I am sure they can share upon request! lol

Shawn (Sean? sp.) is one of the nicest young men I have ever met. Expressed appreciation for the business as he introduced himself and as he left later. He came out the same day I called to assess the job and completed it the next day as promised, as scheduled. He put on paper shoe covers before he came into our home, which I thought was a nice touch. The job , which was to replace 2 wide-spread bathroom faucets, was completed professionally with no mess. I can't comment on whether the price was high or low since I don't know plumbing prices and did not get other bids since the job was rather small, but the charge was $650 for both faucet installations, with me supplying the new faucets that I had previously purchased, so I'll let others be the judge of that. But from the standpoint of professionalism, presentation, courtesy, and job quality, he was excellent.

Shawn came out and was very professional and installed a faucet. Will call him again!
