Reviews
Write a ReviewJuan and team were extraordinary, and I'd hire them again in a minute. Cost effective and willing to be flexible with changing requirements.
These guys did a great job of repairing and blending. Friendly and professional
Juan was on time and gave a quick and fair estimate. He and his assistant worked quickly and listened to my requests and direction. It was a pleasure to have them work on my home. Thanks!
There were some scheduling issues and they only spent 2 hours on the job the first day. They were courteous and friendly. I have multiple chemical sensitivities which I didnt think would be an issue except that they used Tide soap in their mud mix to keep sanding dust down. I had a reaction to the chemical scent. Masking was lacking as there was over spray on already painted surfaces, inside electrical boxes, and on floors. 3 electrical outlets were damaged during drywall installation and two of them had to be replaced. There was scented drywall dust everywhere. A good 24 work hours were needed to clean up over-spray, remove the scented mud dust, replace the damaged outlets. Be sure to ask if the job includes cleanup, and get it in writing so you can figure that activity into the cost of the job. This company has the potential to be great, but more attention needs to be give to limiting the amount of chemicals their customers are exposed to, and not creating more work for the customer.
Juan provided fantastic customer service. He was fair, and really stepped up when there was a misunderstanding on the scope of work.
I removed a fireplace and was left with a sizable hole to drywall. I like the fact that Level Up Drywall uses contracts describing the work they perform. The price was fair and the work was excellent. I would recommend Juan and his company to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price..!
I want to give some well deserved kudos to Juan and his crew at Level Up drywall. I am doing a major renovation and remodel of my basement (about 1200 sq. ft.) including removing all the old wall and ceiling panels down to studs and joists and installing new drywall. I requested bids from numerous contractors I found via YELP and Home Advisor. Level Up was not the lowest price nor the highest but I was very impressed with Juan and the level of detail expressed in our discussion and the questions he raised. Clearly the most thorough and professional. The job was just completed and I couldn't be happier with the job they did both on quality and timing. Very professional, courteous and just a nice guy to deal with. I would highly recommend them.
Juan was very professional and courteous. Patched a number of drywall areas in our home in Bellevue and did a remarkable job. No evidence that there was ever a problem in any area! Pricing was very reasonable and service was outstanding. We would highly recommend Juan/Level Up Drywall to anyone. Excellent!
nice job
Showed up on time, very personable, work was done quickly and professionally. Price was fair and as quoted. Juan even gave me tips on related DIY projects. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
