This rating is from the realtor of our customer. We delivered the design on time- when we said we would - and the customer is very happy. The realtor called us several times in an attempt get it delivered early - my best guess from his behavior is that he urgently wanted to be paid from his client and had to wait on the completion of our work to do so. We enjoyed working with both the realtor and the client - but, feel it is an unfair (and inaccurate) post.

Scott is courteous, knowledgeable and seems quite experienced. He stayed in touch and was even able to show up earlier than the appointment time. Though I hope it never becomes necessary, I would hire Level Engineering again.

Scott Zurn called right away, came promptly to look over plans and existing structure. Gave me a clear explanation of additional information he needed and an estimated time frame for the stamped plans. Completed the project on time. Recommend him highly!

The engineer just walked around and looked at things. He did not measure anything, write anything down, provide a report or a sketch with could be used to get bids.

Well, this is what structural engineer's do: they walk around and look at the structure! This client paid for an professional licensed engineer's opinion....not a report or a design. I do have the sense that this client must not have had a clear understanding of what he wanted/needed and was thus disappointed and frustrated. We are sorry for that and will endeavor to make sure there is a clear understanding with each and every client.
