"The guidance that we received from Neil when launching into a basement waterproofing and renovation has been invaluable. He caught several things that would have been real pitfalls for us later, including that a wall we previously thought was not load-bearing actually was! He thoroughly explained all the issues involved and possible remedies we could implement.
