We were concerned about a sunken slab in our family room and hired Scott to evaluate this and check our foundation for any issues that might need to be addressed. He explained to us the probable reason for the sinking and steered us to the appropriate course of action for repair.

Too expensive for the quality of the work.

We work with a wide variety of individuals. The expectations, value assessment and industry knowledge vary widely. From our view, we are inexpensive and VERY good at what we do (and we don't quote low to obtain work and then increase the fee later - be aware of that common practice). While we work hard to meet each individual's expectations, we don't always succeed with the varied and unique perspectives we come across.

Scott's assessment was 100% accurate. Pleasant and easy to talk to. good recommendations on solutions to problems. clearly knew what he was doing. He could have been a bit quicker with his emails/communications and I wish he'd taken more photos to document the problem a bit more.
