Scott listened to our concerns and what we wanted and came up with a great plan. Easy to work with, knowledgeable. Maybe a bit pricey, but worth it to have a professionally designed structural floor.

Scott was really easy to work with, showed up early and gave us a great plan for how to fix the issue. I felt like the price was a little high for the amount of work done, but having the piece of mind of an expert and a professionally designed plan was worth it. We ended up doing the work ourselves, but Scott said he would be available for any questions which was nice.

Scott came out very quickly, and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave estimates for repairs that were within a wide range, which made me feel like there were several ways to address the issue, depending on an individual's level of comfort. I would definitely recommend Scott for structural issues.

He analyzed my sagging porch roof, determined that a supporting post had sunk several inches over time, and drew up a plan to jack up the beam, shim the post and attach metal brackets to brace the post and beam. Very nice solution at a fair price.

Hired them to take a look at a house we were considering purchasing. they were very prompt with their service and worked with my schedule (i was on a time crunch and they came asap). they also completed the write up over the weekend for me, as i needed it by a Monday and it was a Friday. Really great service and i would totally recommend/hire again.

Scott came out and not only assessed the specific request regarding opening a load bearing wall for my kitchen remodel, but also provided insights into additional items that I probably should take under advisement and address.
