Great communication and ease of doing business.
The head engineer visited my 127 year-old home and carefully recorded its current state, evaluated the strength the structure, and made recommendations. I have full confidence in his assessment.
Gave me a good understanding of the situation and my options. Prompt follow up from the office staff.
Level engineering helped with my commercial church project. we had to install a steel stairway. They approved some drawings for me and produced some calculations. We had a some issues along the way, but I'm giving them 5 stars because I wasn't just ignored and the owner himself called me, and made things right.
Quick to set up appointment as well as answer my emails. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Was surprised at the cost, however, well worth it.
