Reviews
Write a ReviewMike Powell was totally professional and was most knowledgeable they replaced my sewer and did an awesome job. I can?t thank Mike and the team at Platinum Plumbing?
From Mrs Maggie in customer service to the plumber in the field was an awesome and informative experience. Work was done clean and professional. Now I got that crystal clear and hot when I need it water. Ty platinum plumbing
Based on other reviews, the work they do must be great. The gentleman that came to our house was also very friendly and courteous. My issue came down to the pricing, which ranged from $900 for the ?band aid? option to $2400 for the platinum option. Without anything to go off of in how fair the pricing is, I decided to not be pressured by the $99 fee they charged for the plumber to come out that would be included in the repairs if I decided to go with them. Instead I wanted to get multiple quotes to see the range of pricing options. These guys weren?t even on the high end, they were in another galaxy with prices. I got the entire problem area replaced by another large/professional company in the area for $500. Highly recommend shopping around and maybe going to these guys last so you don?t throw away $99 like I did.
It's a three star because of the cost, but they did it in a quick manner.
These people say down with me and work with me until they came up with a plan to make us smile I really appreciate them Charles and Eric being patient and so caring to wait and making sure they didn't leave us with no water running before the holiday. This company really training up people to really care about our situation more than just caring about money they were God sent I pray God bless over them and their family .
They were amazing
Was talked into work of over 4000 they called a bandaid fix for new water lines I did not need, they canâ t tell the difference between air conditioning problems and water lines, glad they did not touch a gas line by mistake. They still wanted even more money to fix the issues I called them out for a bad shower drain. I only went with this place because of the reviews, did they have friends and family wright them, not sure when they say 25 years maybe the owner but not who did the work. One said he had 10 years if so he should have known or just thought we will make them pay for unnecessary work thatâ s a higher price and add work as we go. Before they left I was warned if my pipes freeze just wait for them to thaw. After that I see what a messy job they did, and also seen where I need to hire a new Plummer and an air conditioning person. And not look at reviews go by word of mouth
Friendly service.
I needed the "fill valve" replaced on two toilets. I called. They were very professional and could not promise me same day service (and they didn't), but required $150 prepayment. That should have been my clue. They came to my house and they were nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They wanted to take pictures of all my plumbing so if I called for anything else - they would know what I needed. Not a problem for me. probably took an hour from the time they got to the house before they actually started replacing the fill valves. Before they started they presented me with several options of service and warranties - from $288 to $1000. So the cheapest I could replace the fill valves was $288/toilet. what a rip off. I had tried to do it myself and the only thing I couldn't do was loosen a nut underneath the bowl because I could not get a tool on it. IT'S A 15-30 MINUTE JOB x 2 - COST ME OVER $500. It took them about 45-50 minutes - so I paid them $500/hr. I felt stuck after I had given them $150 prepayment. Anyway, I told them they were nice and professional, but there was no way I would ever use Platinum Plumbing again. Learned my lesson the hard way.
I can not believe how professional this company operates. The most clean and courteous plumbing outfit I have ever seen!
