They were very prompt and professional. Everything was clearly explained and they answered all my questions before and after. I really liked the polite courtesy of calling ahead to let me know when they would be arriving. Once there, they kindly listened to me explain what problems I was experiencing, and after that, they told me what the problem was and how they would fix it. And they did fix it, and in very short order. I highly recommend them and I will call them next time I need a plumber.

The plumbers were professional, competent, friendly, and accommodating. They didn't try to gouge me or goad me into getting services I didn't need. They fixed what needed to be fixed and did so in a timely manner. I should also note that a week or so after they repaired the issue in my home, I received a follow up call to check on the status of the repair and to make sure that the plumbers that had been dispatched to my home had acted in a professional way. I've never had a plumber (or any repair service) do a follow up like this. I was very impressed. I would definitely recommend Platinum Plumbing in the future and will use them should the need arise.
