The job was for removing a large, old, dying hackberry between 2 houses and grind the stump, and trim 4 trees. They did a good job removing the hackberry, and the stump grinding seems to be ok. They did an excellent job trimming my largest pecan tree. However, they did a lousy job trimming 2 of the 4 trees. I'm not even sure they went up in them. The majority of the dead branches in those 2 trees are still there. I called them to discuss and they said they would come back out and look, but they cashed my check and never called back. I even called a 2nd time to give them another chance to improve their work before I submitted this review, and haven't heard from them. On the back end, terrible customer service.

Great job taking down a large tree that was hanging over my house as well as my neighbor's house and fence. They knew exactly how to take it down slowly, piece by piece. L&T ground down the stump and clean up was good. Best price of 3 bids.

They did a great job, did some extra trimming not on the original estimate, and did a great clean op after word including the pool. They were also the best price amoung the three contractors,

Crew was nice. Took care to move objects out of harms way . Only complaint is that I had two heavy objects that they didn't return to original location. Did a great job of cleaning up.

Over the years, several different companies have trimmed our trees, and most of those companies did a good job. Have to say that these folks have been the best, though. Without a lot of explanation on my part, L&T saw what needed to be done, and they did it. Best cleanup of any company of any kind that we've ever had. Competitive price. Very good price on firewood, too.
