Lance was right on it. He was on time and honest with the work that needed to be done. His rates are very reasonable. His team cleaned up the work area and left everything nice. I will definitely call him in the future for any roofing issues.

Lance answered our request for quote for soft-wash cleaning of the exterior of house the same day. He arrived to do the work as scheduled. He was conscientious about being careful with our home and belongings. The house looks great. We will use him again for several handyman projects in the future.

Was supposed to wash the deck. Tear off the old screen. Stain and replace with new screen. I had already purchased materials for a do-it-yourself job but injury prevented that plan. I left a stain and stir stick out for them. Did not use a stir stick. Did not wash the deck only some bad spots. Stain peeling bubbling after less than a day. Had Behr Stain best. Asked to borrow a pry bar so they could remove wood trim. Putting up new screens ran out of staples wanted to know if we had any. Came back to repair the screen door. Asked to borrow a Phillips screwdriver. Left Stain marks on white trim.

Sorry but paint does not bubble in a day. Putting the furniture back on before the deck had time to cure caused the bad spot. The furniture you requested we put back on the porch for you because you couldn?t lift it. We brought our own pry bars when the trim was removed. Yes we did ask if you had any staples we could use so that we wouldn?t have to leave and could finish in a timely manner. Your deck doesn?t require cleaning when it?s new wood and you are using paint. Yes we did ask to borrow a screwdriver to fix the screen door which was not in our contract but just doing something nice. When you called and let us know of the mistakes, we ca
