When I moved back into my childhood home after it had been a rental for nearly 30 years, it was in desperate need of updating. Tenant paint jobs, outdated finishes, and even original wallpaper made it one of the least attractive houses on the block. I hired Luis and the team at Labato Painting to paint the interior, and the transformation was incredible. Once the walls were finished, I decided to have them restore the beautiful Craftsman woodwork as well. They carefully buffed, stained, and varnished it, bringing it back to life. Seeing the results inside convinced me to have the exterior painted too. Along the way, I also decided to install a new kitchen floor, which Luis and his team handled beautifully. Luis, Jesus, Augustine, and Leo were professional, hardworking, respectful, and always mindful of my time and space. Leo also did outstanding work on my chimney. The house looks great, the neighbors are happy and impressed and I finally feel like I?m back home.

We were SO lucky to hire these guys! Right from the start the estimate was clear and detailed, and when the work started it was obvious they really knew what they were doing. Not just painting - the prep work was very thorough, and they found some places that needed additional repair that likely has saved us a lot of money by getting ahead of damage. They provided photographs all during the process so we could see what was being done, the workers were clean and tidy and very hard working. Price was entirely reasonable - roughly in the middle of the quotes we collected, and DEFINITELY a bargain for the quality of the work. If I ever need any work done that they include in their portfolio, they will be the first people we call. I really don't think you could go wrong.

Luis and his crew did a great job for us. We had them paint our kitchen and bathroom. We were staying here while the work was going on. Always respectful and unobtrusive. In addition to the painting they refinished and sealed our large deck. Taking extra care with all the prep work. 5 Stars! Definitely my first call the next time we need a painter

Luis did an amazing job painting our apartment for a very reasonable price. He is punctuate, good with communication, and very professional. He even did some extra paint and patching things here and there without us asking him to. I can’t ask for more. Highly recommend Luis for any paint job.

I had to head back to sleep shortly after due to jet lag, and when I woke up just 2–3 hours later, the ceiling painting was already finished—beautifully done! My ceiling was shining like the sky. Luis and his crew did an amazing job painting the exterior of our 110 year old house. They took care of everything-replacing rotten siding and window sills, patching, sanding and applying 2 coats of primer before paining the final 3-color scheme. They were professional and paid close attention to detail. House looks almost brand new. We?ve gotten so many compliments from neighbors. Highly recommend!
