I don't think you will find any bad reviews here with Luis and crew because I doubt there would be any. They are honest, straight -forward, with good prices and instant quotes on small jobs, and clear estimates on larger ones. They are always on time and communicate with you during the job by text or phone. They don't nickel and dime you, jobs start fairly quickly after an estimate, and everything is hassle free. We have used Luis and his crew at least three times. Seriously, no need to look elsewhere.

Luis and his crew did an amazing job on my (admittedly small) bathroom painting project. He also provided great customer service, with clear, frequent and courteous communication, explaining the steps of the process, and then executing on the project. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish, and I love the new blue color! I would definitely call Luis and Lobato Painting again for any of my painting projects and highly recommend them!

Lobato Painting did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house. Luis Contreras and his team were always on time and worked very hard every day. Luis was able to give us a referral for someone to fix the roof before the painting was done and we were very pleased with the outcome. Luis found some window frames that needed replacing and let me know and replaced them expertly. He and his team showed great attention to detail and the end result is beautiful.

Luis and his crew did an amazing job painting out 100+year old house. They spent a lot of time prepping the wood siding and stucco which resulted in a finished project that looks amazing and will last for years. They were prompt, a pleasure to work with, and left the job site clean every day. We plan on hiring Luis to paint the interior of our house next year. I highly recommend Lobato Painting.

Luis and his crew transformed my two bedrooms from all beige/faux textured walls and ceilings to absolutely beautiful spaces. They smoothed walls and ceilings, and painted with my color choices. They also painted the trims and doors. My rooms are so beautiful now and the work was excellent. Luis communicated with me the entire process, and made sure the work was completed to my approval. Not only are they a local small business, but the estimate was accurate and affordable. I will definitely call Lobato Painting again for future projects, and highly recommend them!!!

Great experience from start to finish

Luis and his crew did a great job refinishing my tenant-worn kitchen cabinets. The surfaces had been chipped and the finish worn off. Luis expertly sanded them smooth and applied two finishing coats. After adding knobs and pulls, the cabinets look new. Luis and his crew are extremely responsible. They give fair bids and follow them through. He has done two jobs for me, and the site is always clean and orderly. I recommend him highly.

Luis and his crew did an excellent job painting an Edwardian flat with lots of detail. Of several bids, Luisâ s was about in the middle. When he came by for the estimate, he showed me his portfolio (including several jobs in progress). He reminded me that a good paint job is all about preparation -protection, masking, patching, and sanding. He and his crew followed through with that philosophy in my 100+ year old apartment. The result is amazing- it looks like a new place. Luis advised me about the paint finishes to highlight the detail (box-beam ceilings, wainscoting, picture moldings, and ceiling medallions). He even detailed the closets! The team works regular daytime hours and is extremely considerate. They protected the wood floors, masked everything, and covered the vents. They left the job site clean and orderly each day. I recommend them highly.

I highly recommend Lobato Painting! The entire crew was skilled, meticulous, and went above and beyond in everything they did. Their prices were so reasonable. I was renovating my momâ s house in SF and I couldnâ t be there in person to supervise, but Luis and his team showed up every morning on time and finished an enormous project in very little time. The results were better than I could have hoped. Five gold stars.
