You can stop researching. Hire Krispy Clean. By far the best decision I made after finding 6 inches of water in my finished basement. Brian was at my house within a few hours, and worked tirelessly for weeks to dry some very challenging (wood) floors, He was also an incredible guide through the insurance claim process, and a strong advocate with our insurance company. The level of service he provided was above and beyond my expectations, and didn't stop when our basement was dry. In closing, I'm not someone that usually writes reviews, but working with Krispy Clean was so amazing, I'm making an exception. Hire them!

Discovered water in walkout lower level when returning from vacation, likely been there for 2-3 weeks; Krispy Clean responded promptly; fair price; did not over inflate the problem and just start ripping out drywall; removed carpet, pad and moulding without damaging walls; dried out basement thoroughly, no signs of mold.
