Brian is an exceedingly patient and thorough contractor. He was at our house within a couple hours of calling to address water damage due to a frozen pipe leak. Explained the process in detail, communicated updates daily, and did a wonderful job drying and starting the restoration process. Would highly recommend him and the work of Krispy Clean! Many thanks for their hard work.

After finding wet carpet in the basement, we reached out to Brian for assistance. He stopped out right away the next morning to perform a professional evaluation of the situation. He walked us step by step through the issues and potential methods of remediation. He also tailored his recommendations based on the specific lay-out of our basement, as well as our price range and preferences for treatment. Would definitely recommend!
