Ilya is the best! He's removed 2 chimneys for me and his prices are way below anyone else. I was selling my house and he was able to remove my chimney on a short timeline. He also screened my gutters and fixed my rubber roofing. He has helped me with so many leaks!

I hired Kraftman roofing in December to reroof a back extension of my home that I was selling, as well as do some rafter work that was found in the home inspection. His prices were very good and the work was excellent. I wasn’t totally expecting to have to sell my house, so he was able to fit me in last minute. As well, later I discovered my payment app accidentally paid for the rafter work twice somehow. I contacted Ilya and he saw the error and refunded the extra payment immediately. I was also impressed by that. Definitely recommend.

They do great work

The owner responded promptly to my request. He was able to do the needed repair the same day. His price quote was excellent and I hired him immediately without waiting to get another quote. This was a repair of a rather small leak which he found to be due to an incorrectly cut shingle allowing water to accumulate under the shingles. I actually had saved a small number of shingles from the original roofing job 19 years ago and those were used to cover the new plywood. The project turned out well.
