  Comment: I need to replace a roof top patio floor. The property is 2 stories not including the basement. It is the center unit home with a home on each side that is attached. The patio floor only encompasses my home. The patio floor is leaking causing water spots on our 2nd floor ceiling. Currently, there is a membrane with 12-inch interlocking cement square tiles on top. We could remove the current cement squares to keep the project cost more manageable. Once the membrane is replaced to fix the leaks, we would like the cement square tiles replaced with updated materials.
