In the end, the project came out fine; however, it was like pulling teeth. Started out with a bad job of explaining options. We wanted a 1st class project with all the top-of-the line choices (what do I know about cabinet options?). Did not include soft close drawer hardware (we pushed a change order during construction), etc. We had to pull the information out during construction. He goofed on ordering parts (delayed the project considerably), did not want to cover all the surfaces with new white panels (did not want to remove the microwave or pull the fridge), never covered the cabinet bottoms (we have to have them painted), goofed up two drawer handles and did not reinstall the microwave vent. Finally, there remains a small gap at one of the drawers. I have no intention of calling to have it repaired. I will live with it. The thing about our project, it is the same owner who refaced our kitchen cabinets 15 years ago. That project went very smooth. Our expectations were to have every cabinet face, that was refaced 15 years ago, refaced again with the new color. That was clearly not his intentions for this project. We had to fight at every step.

We obtained 5 quotes for this project and found Marty's presentation far the most professional and informative. Their price was competitive for the services provided. The quality of the craftsmen who performed the work was outstanding and very friendly. Overall, I am happy to say, a very positive experience.

My Haas kitchen cabinets were not very old, but the stain was chipping and discoloring. Kitchen Tune-Up came in, cleaned the cabinetry and refinished the. They look so very good, just like new. It's been over a year and the cabinetry looks great. They use a better finish then the manufacturer.

They responded to my call and found the best solution to meet my needs. I'm very happy with the end result.

A bit expensive but Marty and Brad did a great job for us...the kitchen looks brand new thanks to the extended size doors and drawer fronts. The only "disappointment" was the waiting time due to everything having to be manufactured and shipped but it was well worth the wait! Highly recommend Marty!

My job is not complete yet. waiting on custom doors to be made. My feeling is good about Marty. But the job will not be completed until the first of the year probably. It is unfair to rate this business at this time.

We were very impressed with the final job. They also came back out and replaced one damaged piece and I hadn't noticed the issue. The option to select cherry for a similar price to other woods was very attractive. We also had 1 of the 4 walls completely re-done to fit a larger refrigerator and build a floor to ceiling pantry for more storage (awesome job). We did opt for several ugrades such as new interior drawers, slient close features, built in garbage / recycle. Compared to a new kit, price was great.
