We have been considering upgrading our kitchen for several months. Having finally decided this was the time I looked in one of the magazines delivered to our house that advertise for numerous vendors, offering numerous services. I found a few that caught my attention and set up appointments to discuss the project and get pricing. We decided Kitchen Solutions was just what we were looking for...polite, professional and knowledgeable. When Steve came to the house he listened to what we wanted and helped us see some things from a different perspective, making suggestions which greatly improved the end result with minimal increase in cost. He offered alternatives, without pressure. Once we decided on what we wanted he calculated the cost and the project was started within a couple of weeks. It was finished on time and within budget, and he handled all aspects by offering assistance with scheduling the plumber, electrician and tile installer. Each and every contact was easy to work with and completed their portion of the project in a timely and professional manner. All in all the entire process exceeded our expectations in both cost and appearance. I was dreading the mess and inconvenience but all parties involved did everything possible to make the process as easy and quick as possible. They are extremely professional and very creative. I have recommended them to friends of mine as well my son and daughter-in-law who will be doing remodeling within the next year when they return to Jacksonville. They have two houses that will have work done. I am very happy with the work they did on my kitchen. I will be using them again.
