"This business was quick to respond on the day I called. Three weeks later my floors were installed. I had to go out of town but when I got back, my floors looked great. "What a fantastic group to do business with. David came by the house to do an estimate for a drywall repair-replacement. We agreed on a price and he asked when I wanted it done. I said as soon as posdible. He said - I have materials in the truck, how about right now?? Outstanding. The drywall went in that afternoon and the tape and mud was done the next morning. The man that did the tape and mud (Ernesto) did a fantastic job on a badly damaged ceiling/wall joint and I couldn t be happier with the results. Ernesto returned the next morning for final sanding of the 4 x8 panel replacement. He did such a GREAT job of mudding the new section that he was in and out of the sanding, including clean up in 15-minutes. I ve done drywall before and these folks are TOP-NOTCH and their price was far less than the three other companies that bid on the job, over the phone, without even looking at the required work. Once he began to remove the sand bed under the tile he found extensive water damage to the joists under the floor. He repaired the damage and replaced the sand bed and tile with water repellent properties included. He stood by his initial quote and with the only addition being materials. We had one problem with the man that’s was over scheduling the work, we had our floors finished except for installing the carpet in the 3 bedrooms. The scheduler put us behind another project because it was a larger project, he actually told me it was a larger job than ours and he put them ahead of ours. I called the head office and actually spoke to a man over the projects and explained we didn’t understand why the scheduler put ours off for another project. Our floors were down to cement, we were ready to have it finished. He was so nice, had them at our home the next day or so and gave us a discount to make up for the scheduler’s actions. He arrived the same day he was very professional and friendly and best of all he beat all my previous vendor bids! I also wanted it done right away because I already started picking up the carpet. The very next day he and his team were on deck and knocked out 1,200sqft in one day! He did not skimp on effort or quality he poured 7 bags of concrete to level everything and picked up the molding trim and underlayment from Home Depot since it wouldnâ t fit in my car.
