This is a small business and while others may question the owner's integrity, I believe his limitations stem more from a lack of access to capital than from any ill intentions. He did an EXCELLENT job in removing old sod & replacing new sod. The rationale for my rating is two-fold. 1) Communication regarding next steps and arrival times were inconsistent, leaving us to question whether he was going to show up at all. 2) We ordered 1 extra pallet of sod which we did not need (our mistake); however, we prepaid for the service of laying the sod which was included in the price of the pallet, the overpayment was not discussed. However; he promised that he'd reshape the trees as a gratuity, which would have been a good trade-off for the amount overpaid. When we attempted to reach out to him regarding the tree service, our calls were unanswered.

Hired Kingz lawn to be regular care after our previous lawn company left the industry. Showed up and did the first cut and we agreed to 2 cuts per month for our home. I prepaid for 2 cuts and havent seen them in almost a month now. I have reached out to them and they have since stopped responding Steer clear

sod in initial work was subpar but he came out with better and finished was suposed to do reg maintenace havnt seen since also redid sprinkler system had 3 bad heads refused to fix always told he will be there tommorrow and never shows

Initially you and your family went on vacation and I maintained your yard until you returned, how was u not supportive as a vendor?? U had an irrigation and all that was wrong was your filters were clogged? I did nothing wrong to you and your family? God Bless you??
