Have had Jeff work on appliances in the past and he was wonderful - not sure what happened. Do not trust or recommend - he had a chance to make it right and didn't even respond. He came out to service our dryer in Dec 2025 when it was making thumping noises. He charged $375 to replace the rollers - seemed a bit high priced but needed to be done. Within a month the dryer was making horrible screeching noises - recorded the sound at his request, sent it to him and he said he'd be out that week to fix it. Did not reach out to schedule a time to come. I texted him a few more times over the next few weeks - zero response from him and even gave him one last chance to respond before contacting another repair person. COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME. Had to hire new repair person who did not throw Jeff under the bus - but basically said he had to repair/replace what Jeff had just charged us $375 to replace. An additional $260 later it is fixed - at this rate we could have bought a new dryer.

He has had our appliance for over a year. He keeps saying he will fix it. At one point it said it was fixed. We paid $400 brought it home and still not working!! So we returned it, Now 3 months later still not fixed and he will not return our calls!
