When we ran into problems with local building regulations, Alex worked with us to create the floor plan and did the revisions promptly and at a very reasonable fee. As a new homeowner I was very scared when I was searching for a good pro to help me with my home improvement projects. My husband and I talk to a lot of companies and professionals until one of my hubby's coworker recommended Vasile and Alex from 3D Designs & Floorplans. When me met this guys and discussed our plans , we realized how limited and narrow minded are most of us. They told us that to make our dream home we need to let loose our imagination and think outside the box. We shared our ideas, they gave us a lot of new ideas as well , and in a week or so our first drafts of the plan were done. after couple adjustments and new crazy ideas we came up with, the project was done we started our remodeling and home improvement journey. So far we are half way through and we love it. We are glad we hired this company and made new friends, actually more than that they became part of our family. I can add only these: Reasonable prices, Honesty , Great ideas and customer service, Professional and detailed drafts plus a pleasure to work with.

Recently I had the opportunity to work with the guys from 3D Designs and Floorplans. My project was something very unusual, because I needed to build a clothes hanger rack in my new van for my mobile Dry Cleaning and alteration business. I draw myself some sketches and I explained what I want and they took over my project right away. Besides that I received the plan with all the measurements and details exact to a 1/16 in, Vasile , the drafter and 3D modeler created a full 3D image of the inside of the van with the rack mounted. When we decided with the welding company what material we are going to use and sizes, I sent Mr. Vasile all that and he adjusted everything for no extra charge. When the plan was done I received all the files with all the images and plans broken down to each section and precise sizes and measurements. One thing, the welding company thought was a joke and when I gave them the drafts and plans they just ignored the dimensions and rounded up some numbers so the frame of the rack came almost 1/2 in short. Guess what ? It did not match and fit where it supposed to be mounted, so they had to re do all over again to the exact sizes we had on the drafts. The welding technician and his supervisor said:" we never thought that 1/4 in can make such a difference" The experience I had with this company exceeded my expectations and the job was done 150%, top notch. Best affordable prices, no extra charges and great family like customer services. Now I rehired them again to work on my house plan and couple remodels we are planning to start soon, like ad two pergolas over front entrance and in the back over my deck, kitchen remodeling, and a plan for a new storage / working area shed. Amazing work, excellent prices and great ideas. I recommend this company to all my friends, and fellow veterans, since the company is managed by a veteran as well. Plus they do a great job on all VA plans to adjust your home to the disability needs.
