"I had a leaking 4x4 skylight. Contacted multiple contractors off H.A. and not only did Marcio contact me fast he was the ONLY H.A. contractor to reply. I guess others thought it too small a job? I had another bid NON-H.A. and it was higher. Anyways, within days Marcio and crew had replaced my leaker and for good measure I had him replace 2 more that were the same age and in bad shape. Fast, Good communication, quality install, and very Fair pricing. What more can you ask for? This house is a fixer and I will most definitely be getting bids from them on gutters, windows, and painting over the next couple of years as I renovate. Highly recommend."

"Three years ago we obtained three bids to replace two rooms which had carpet with hardwood and then refinish all of our hardwood floors. Rosell Hardwood was one of the bids. When we suddenly needed a professional company, as a result of a leaking refrigerator causing extensive damage to our kitchen floor, we immediately thought of Randy. We again obtained three bids and it was easy to see that Randy, and Amber, were the people we wanted to deal with. Not only were they very professional but Amber was willing to work with a vendor responsible for the damage on part of this extensive project. Randy and Cort were great to work with and it was so obvious that we hired the right company from the outset. Amber was totally up front regarding both costs and time frames to conclude the project with Randy's personal touch throughout making the difference between a nice floor and the masterpiece that he was able to deliver. This company is quite busy, because they do such an excellent job, however if you are so fortunate to work with them you will not regret it. Our hardwood floors are now a show piece. They arrived on the day and time they said they would be at my home and went right to work. They had 4 workers and completed the job quickly but extremely well done. Once they cleaned up everything they asked me to take a look at the installation and asked if I had any questions. "I had a great customer experience. Nazario was punctual, completed the job in the time that was promised, very reasonably priced, very friendly, clean, and efficient. He installed wood trim around three windows and a sliding door, caulked and covered all nails and now it's ready for paint. It was a pleasure to work with this contractor, and I would definitely use them again. He cleaned and vacuumed up all areas where work was done, including outside where he set up a canopy to prepare all needed materials, despite the rain and cold weather. FIVE STARS for quality workmanship, friendliness, efficiency, punctuality, and most of all, good pricing. I highly recommend!!"
