"Anas replaced my cedar deck with a new Trex deck. He was easy to work with and did as he promised at a very fair price. Excellent communication, very responsive, honest, and a super nice guy as well. He had some great suggestions that improved the look of the deck and saved me quite a bit of $$ as well. "We hired Todd to perform some repairs to our water damaged support posts on the front deck in preparation for exterior painting. while pulling away the damaged lumber he discovered the builder must have poured the concrete around the support pillars after installation and some pieces could not be removed as a result. He also discovered that the lower portion of the trim was actually a polyvinyl material that had held up compared to the wood. He made the suggestion that while it would cost a bit more than replacing the lumber the material would hold up better long-term in that exposed location. I appreciated his suggestion and went with the vinyl material that he had to laminate himself because it came in pieces half the needed thickness. Despite all this extra work and change in materials I was happy to see that my final invoice was only a bit more expensive than the original estimate. Todd is very budget conscious and I felt involved in the decision process throughout the project. I highly recommend Todd and appreciate his integrity."

"Excellent. I have a very old house with high pitched roof areas so not an easy project. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and were very responsive to any questions. They gladly did some extras that were not part of their bid. Chris, the owner, did an excellent job explaining the whole process to us when submitting his bid. Very responsive . "NW Builders & Renovation did my roof last summer. Ben Was very professional. He arrived on time explained the process slowly and answered all the questions we had. We didn t want the little shed in the back to be done but they offered to do it for the same price. We also had couple more estimates and the price was more then fare. "Repair guy did great work - and the repair is seamless. Repair guy actually came out 1 week earlier than scheduled and got to working right away - and continued, even in a cold rain! I was not sure the rest of the house trim was going to get painted so, I contacted the management. Nick replied VERY quickly and the firm was very responsive and met my needs completely!"

"I called Modernized Exteriors, for a build bid on my new deck project, and they answered right away. Cameron came over with good ideas and pictures of decks that they already built. I told him I was considering Trex composite decking, because I wanted really low maintenance. He recommended Trex Transcend and I went with the Tiki Torch color. I accepted his bid on the spot. It took a while to get scheduled since it was the end of July. But when they were ready, it only took four and a half days to build my 12' by 20' deck. His crew is excellent and the finish project blew me away. It was so nice to have a project that came together so well in the end. Cameron and Nick came by the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to make sure the crew had cleaned up the work site. A job well done."
