THEIR EMPLOYEES LIED AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO A COMPLETE JOB AND I NEEDED ALL NEW PLYWOOD OR THE ROOF WOULD NOT HOLD! I AM A SENIOR AND COULDN'T GO ON ROOF AND LOOK IT TURNS OUT THEY LIED AND CHARGED ME $36,000 FOR A ROOF I KEEP THE SIDING THEY REMOVED AFTER SEEING IT BEING TAKEN OFF I CALLED AND TOLD THEM TO STOP AND CARLOS SAID IT WAS TO LATE! BESIDES THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME A PAPER CONTRACT UNTIL AFTER THEY LEFT. THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO FIX THE SOFFIT AND EAVES AND DIDN'T AND NO ONE ON THE JOB SPOKE ENGLISH WHEN I TRIED TO TELL THEM TO STOP! I GOT STUCK WITH A BILL FOR AN INCOMPLETE ROOFING JOB FOR $36,000! BEWARE OF THESE PREDATORS THEY PREY ON SENIORS! YES I CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY IT WOULD COST ALMOST AS MUCH AS THE $22,000 THEY SCAMMED ME OUT OF BEWARE THEY ALSO FORGED MY SIGNATURE!!

These people were very professional in their work. Everything that was agreed to during the inspection, was done. After completion the clean-up was very thorough. I will highly recommend this company.

My husband and I appreciated the promptness of Journey Builders. The finishing details and clean up after the project were not 5 star worthy, but they were quick and efficient and the roof warranty offered will bring peace of mind.

Vito was my project manager; very knowledgeable, professional, took pride in his expertise was patient explained the process and displayed samples of materials, we agreed on a date material arrived the day off I was impressed with the workmanship of my roof, made house look awesome!, I would recommend Journey Builders
